A recent series of meetings took place in Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia involving the IFFS – International Federation of Film Societies and different local institutions. Organized with close cooperation of Dragan Milinković Fimon (Serbian Association of Film Societies), these meetings aimed to strengthen the regional presence of the IFFS, the involvement of local partners and exploring the opportunities of cooperation and development of projects of common interest.
I want to thank Dragan for his help and commitment in organizing these meetings as well for the warming welcome provided during this period.
We achieved several goals and expect to have some more results in the near future.

A letter of intent is being discussed and prepared to start the activities at the beginning of 2023, and involving also the Association of Film Artists of Serbia /UFUS/ and Radio Television of Serbia. The IFFS will participate with invitation to members and the most eminent lecturers to take part in the initiative that will consist, for starting, in a Master class.
